Equal Edge is the trading arm of our organisation. It was launched two years ago, and has grown steadily since then.
It’s purpose is to provide services that generate income for our Charity. It currently offers a service that enables people to secure Access to Work funding for a Workplace PA. We then support people to recruit, employ and train their PA so that they are able to do their job because they have the right support in place.
We can manage the entire process which takes out a lot of the stress of finding, recruiting, training and employing a workplace PA.
Equal Edge are planning other new services for launch over the next year.
