Ticket Sales Agent (Fixed term until January 2022) – Full and part time

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, 10.5 hours a week and 9.25 hours a week

Salary: £17,374.50 pro rata per annum, plus staff benefits

Quaytickets is an award winning customer service team providing ticketing for activities taking place across The Lowry’s theatres, galleries and educational workshops. The team also provide ticket sales services to over 50 Quaytickets clients across the UK selling tickets over the phone for a wide range of live entertainment events including, theatre, opera, musicals, dance, music, comedy festivals and sport.

We currently have a number of vacancies available with an immediate start for Ticket Sales Agents. Successful candidates will join our busy inbound contact centre sales team acting as the first point of telephone contact for the customer by processing transactions using the computerised box office systems. The roles will be based primarily on site at The Lowry contact centre with occasional opportunity to work off site at mobile box offices as required. 

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have a real passion and enthusiasm for live entertainment and who will thrive on providing the customer with a positive experience when booking tickets for these exciting events.

The ideal candidates will have experience of providing excellent customer service and experience of working with computerised sales systems, although full training will be given.

This is a Contact Centre based role – our offices are fully Covid-19 secure.

The full time working pattern for these roles is 37.5 hrs per week over 5 days including 1 evening shift per week and 1 weekend shift every 2 weeks.

We also have part time evening and weekend working patterns available – 9.25 hrs per week and 10.5 hrs per week.
