Salary: AFC band 8a £45,753 – £51,668

Centre for Advanced Training in Dance Administrator – FREELANCE, 30 hours a week @ £9.50 per hour, days and times to be agreed.

The Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.

In this role you will be responsible for a range of administrative, project and sessional support for The Lowry’s Centre for Advanced Training in Dance scheme, NorthWestDance activity and the programme’s outreach and recruitment work. This includes some evening and weekend work.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, keep deadlines and manage multiple tasks. You will have an understanding of good practice in dance education, training, the youth dance sector and supporting young creative dance artists, including safeguarding.

CAT Coordinator – 7 month fixed term contract till Aug 21 with extension subject to funding, 37.5 hours per week, £21,000 per annum pro rata, plus staff benefits

The Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.

In this role you will be responsible for providing coordination and project support to facilitate the operational delivery of The Lowry’s Centre for Advanced Training in Dance and Northwest Dance youth dance activity. In addition this role requires coordination of the programme’s regional youth dance festival and internship programmes.

The successful candidate will have excellent coordination and organisational skills and knowledge of the Music and Dance/National CAT scheme. You will have understanding of good practice in dance education, training, the youth dance sector and the nurturing of young creative dance artists.
