class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Breakthrough UK is a Disabled People&#8217;s Organisation (DPO).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This means that our Board are made up of a majority of people who identify as d\/Deaf and disabled people. and the majority of our staff are also d\/Deaf and disabled people.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are proud to be a DPO becuase we believe that real change can only be achieved if it is driven by d\/Deaf and disabled people who can use thier lived expereince and their professional skills to work together.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are also proud to be a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/gmdisabledpeoplespanel.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greater Manchester Disabled People&#8217;s Panel.&nbsp;<\/a>This means we can work with other DPOs accorss Greater Manchester to make our voice louder and be heard by system leaders.&nbsp;<\/p><p>We deliver a number of projects and services which try to influence change but also deliver support to d\/Deaf
