Our policies and working practices are based on the Social Model of Disability.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">We offer excellent working conditions and terms of employment \u2013 such as flexible working, good holiday provision, regular supervision, peer support and an employee assistance programme.
