of Sophie Miles.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Sophie was the Chief Executive Officer of Trafford CIL for six-and-a-half years and worked with us closely on a number of joint projects with local Disabled Peoples Organisations.<\/p><p>Sophie came on\u00a0 board as CEO just at the point where Trafford CIL became independent of Breakthrough UK.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>She proved to be a compassionate, caring and conscientious leader, establishing the Trafford CIL &#8216;family&#8217; of services for local disabled people.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>She moved on to serve the community at the DWP.
