As Breakthrough’s Talent Match programme comes to an end it’s time to reflect on what a great success the project has been.
Since 2014, we have had Talent Coaches working with more than 60 young people from across Greater Manchester, all of whom were out of work or education for 12 months before joining us.
Recently Matt Sinacola, who has been working with Talent Coach Richard, took part in a Talent Match video, and we think his story sums up the essence of the project.
Check it out through the video below:
Now Breakthrough Talent Coaches Richard and Tracey are planning a celebration event for the young people they have worked with.
Richard said: “Each young person we come into contact with is facing their own challenges and barriers.
“Everyone has a unique story and are starting at different points along the way. But everyone on Talent Match has made amazing achievements we will miss the project greatly.”
With Talent Match due to end in November, Breakthrough has plans in the pipeline for more projects with young people.
