We support individuals who are residents of Salford, are over 18, consider yourself to be a disabled person and who would like to find employment.
We can support you with finding opportunities in the following :
- Volunteer placements
- Work placements / Apprenticeships
- Paid Employment
- Accredited training courses
All whilst developing your employment skills!
We provide an individual specialised plan of support which will include actions such as:
- CV building
- Job searching
- Soft and Hard skills training
- Mock Interviews and developing interview techniques
- Guest Speakers
- Skills development
- Confidence building
This will be completed in weekly one-to-one sessions and one group session per month.
