Location: Remote working, with occasional meetings in Manchester

Hours: Part-time. 21 hours per week – some flexibility on hours possible depending on applicant’s skills and experience. We will consider job share.

Contract: Fixed-term 3 years until April 2029. Secondments welcome. Extension subject to funding. 

Salary: £23,500 Full Time Equivalent per year (£13708 pro rata at 21 hours per week)

Responsible to: Foundations for Change Programme Delivery and Development Lead

Breakthrough UK is looking for a new Foundations for Change and Diverse Works Project Assistant.

This part time role will provide administrative support to two of Breakthrough UK’s employment support projects on their combined work in supporting both disabled job applicants and Manchester based employers.

This role is primarily remote but will require occasional travel into central Manchester and surrounding boroughs.
