Role Title: Administrator and Governance Support Officer

Organisation: Breakthrough UK – Manchester Disability Collaborative (MDC)

Location: Remote working, with occasional meetings in Manchester

Hours: Part-time. 4 days per week – some flexibility on hours possible depending on applicant’s skills and experience. We will consider job share.

Contract: Fixed-term until May 2027. Secondments welcome. Extension subject to funding. 

Salary: £28,000 Full Time Equivalent per year (pro rata at 28 hours per week)

Responsible to: MDC Strategic Manager

The Manchester Disability collaborative (MDC) is looking for a new Administrator and Governance Support Officer.

We’re looking for someone confident in administration, stakeholder and government support to join us in our mission to remove barriers for disabled Mancunians.  

This role is central to enabling MDC to deliver its mission: amplifying the voices of disabled people, influencing local policy, and driving systemic change across Manchester.

The role is remote with occasional meetings in Manchester. We will consider secondments and job shares for the right candidate.
