Our Impact

We are a user led organisation – run and controlled by disabled people.

The work that we do has a strong and positive impact, on the lives of Breakthrough clients, and on the employers we work with every day.

Our vision is to create the step changes required to make society fairer and more accessible with everything we do.

If you want to join us in working to create a world in which disabled people can participate fully and equally, there are many different things you can do. You can donate or fundraise for us, volunteer with us, provide work placements for our clients, or hire us to provide training in your workplace.

Most importantly, we hope you can support one another, and keep working in your own lives and workplaces to make sure disabled people are able to participate fully, and live independently.
